Vila Lucas, being a shared living environment (co-living), fosters a sense of community, creating opportunities for social interactions, friendships, and support networks. If you're looking for mobility and simplicity in urban life, Vila Lucas is the best place you could find, as it offers the convenience of a fully furnished and equipped environment, while enabling a contemporary lifestyle that aligns comfort, community, and practicality.

Vila Lucas is a co-living shared space comprising 5 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and three of which share two bathrooms — each bedroom has its own listing on Airbnb. All shared areas have cameras (video and audio). Vila Lucas is highly equipped and caters to professionals and students looking for a quiet place, located just 4 blocks from Berrini, close to Vila Olímpia, as well as the Berrini Train Station and Campo Belo Metro Station. The kitchen features independent refrigerators/freezers, and each room has its own partition. It also includes a sandwich maker, air fryer, toaster, electric oven, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a beautiful 4-burner gas stove with oven. The laundry area is equipped with an ironing board, iron, washing machine, and dryer. A laundry service is also available for an additional fee.

Please note that there will be other guests in the house, including those on monthly rentals. This room has a TV with a Smart Stick loaded with streaming apps — however, using these apps requires guests to log in with their own streaming accounts, meaning services such as Netflix, GloboPlay, and Apple TV are not provided. Please keep the TV volume low, as other guests are present. We count on your organization, courtesy, and respect for the house rules, which are posted in the kitchen — please keep all shared spaces clean at all times, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Given the small number of rooms, please keep music and television at a low to moderate volume to maintain a peaceful environment. Headphones are welcome. The house is equipped for remote work, so you are more than welcome to work from here.

Guests will have access to the shared areas: (i) living room; (ii) kitchen; (iii) backyard;(iv) bathrooms.

Metro: Campo Belo Station (Line 5 – Lilac), just a few minutes away — connects to the city center, Paulista Avenue, and other lines.

Train (CPTM): Berrini Station (Line 9 – Emerald) nearby, ideal for the Avenida Berrini and Marginal Pinheiros corridor.

Bus: Several SPTrans lines serve the neighborhood.

Car / Ride-hailing: Easy access to Avenida Eng. Luís Carlos Berrini, Avenida Santo Amaro, and Avenida dos Bandeirantes. Congonhas Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

The Brooklin neighborhood in São Paulo is a well-known and developed area of the city. Located in the southern zone of São Paulo, Brooklin is a residential and commercial district that attracts both residents and businesses due to its convenience and infrastructure. Brooklin has easy access to major city thoroughfares, such as Avenida Santo Amaro, Avenida Roque Petroni Jr., Avenida Berrini, and Avenida Bandeirantes, making commuting more convenient. In addition, the Brooklin and Campo Belo metro stations on Line 5-Lilac, as well as the Berrini train station, provide public transportation options.
